Molly L. VanDuser

M.S. Ed., LPC-S, NCC

In 1999 Molly graduated with a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Alfred University, where she attended classes with William Powell. Following graduation she worked with Mr. Powell at Family Service Society, in Bath, NY, and at Noyes Memorial Mental Health Clinic, in Dansville, NY, where they co-facilitated a Batterer’s Intervention and Education Program.

Donna Rogers


Donna Rogers is originally from Ohio and was a teacher in both Ohio and North Carolina, before deciding to return to graduate school for counselor education training. During her 10 years of teaching experience at both middle school and high school levels, Donna taught French, Psychology, Sociology, and Theater Arts.

Judy Glaze

Carolina Outpatient Billing Services
Judy Glaze holds two associate degrees in Administrative Office Technology and Medical Office Assistant. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked as a Medical Assistant, Collection Manager, and Medical Billing Manager, and Medical Records Manager..


William R. Powell


William Powell is one of the original counselors to join Peace of Mind, Inc. He received his Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, KY. He has been an ordained minister of the Free Methodist Church for 29 years. He has also served as chaplain at Portage County Hospice, Kent, OH, Mountain Valley Hospice, Gloversville, NY and also St. James Mercy Medical Center, Hornell, NY.

Whitney Z. Gregg


Whitney Gregg is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN in 2013. In 2010, Whitney volunteered with Fuller Performance Learning Center to facilitate a support group for teenage parents/pregnant teenagers called “A Mother’s Love.”

Pamela Bertolino


Pam has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Psychotherapist for the past thirty years. She earned her MSW from Boston University and completed her internship and training at the renowned Mclean Psychiatric hospital in Belmont MA. She continued to work in inpatient psychiatry, specializing in treating family members of the mentally ill for several years and then moved on to medical and geriatric psychiatry...

Mary Palmiter

Office Manager

Mary Palmiter joined the practice in 2010 as the Office Manager and Treasurer of Peace of Mind, Inc., after moving to North Carolina from New York State. Mary is the group’s liaison with local medical practices in obtaining referrals and medical necessity statements for clients.
